Congratulations to Carlo Morello, Director, Traffix Group who was awarded a Fellowship at our Gala Dinner on 8th May 2026 for his contribution to the industry and long standing service and commitment to the Association.
Carlo is well known for their enthusiasm and championing of junior professionals in the industry across the different sectors. He was a previous winner of the YPG award in 2015, using the award to study the impacts of the Melbourne Metro on the transport system and abutting businesses. Carlo has contributed to VPELA in a range of roles and is currently on the Conference Committee. He joined the YPG Committee in 2012 and was Co-convenor from 2014-2016. He was elected to the Board in 2016 holding roles as Secretary and Treasurer during his nine year term. In his role as Treasurer he played a pivotal role in establishing the VPELA endowment fund. Before entering the planning & environment profession he was a pre-service teacher and co-founded a wedding band.
